How do I find the right memory for my server? +

Data Sheet & Specs: Check the specs on our product listings or data sheets for details on capacity, speed, and ECC requirements.

What if my server doesn’t recognize the new memory? +

Check Compatibility: Verify that the memory type (e.g., DDR4, DDR5) and form factor align with your server’s requirements.
Review Server Manual: Consult your server’s configuration guide to ensure you’re following the recommended DIMM population guidelines. In particular, avoid mixing different module types (e.g., RDIMMs and LRDIMMs).
Update Firmware/Bios: An outdated BIOS or firmware can cause recognition issues—always update to the latest version.
Reseat Modules: Power down, remove and reseat the modules firmly, then power back up.

How Does the Order Process Work?

We’ll review your order and send a formal quote with pricing and lead times.

Step 3: Approve & Pay +

– Customers approve the quote and pay through the Customer Portal.
– Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or credit cards.

Step 4: Order Processing & Shipping +

Once payment is received, we process and ship your order based on the lead times provided in the quote.

How do I resolve issues with memory installation? +

Consult Your Server Manual: Always refer to the manufacturer’s manual for DIMM population guidelines and safety information.
Follow Proper Installation Steps: Power Off the server and unplug all cables.
Wear ESD Protection such as a wrist strap, and work on a grounded surface to avoid static damage.
Locate DIMM Slots per your server’s service manual, ensuring the slots are clean and free of debris.
Follow DIMM Population Order (for example, matching DIMM types and not mixing RDIMMs with LRDIMMs).
Firmly Insert the modules until they click into place. Avoid excessive force.
Reassemble & Reconnect power, then verify the new memory configuration in the BIOS.
Perform Basic Troubleshooting: If your server doesn’t recognize the memory, reseat the DIMMs, update your BIOS/firmware, and ensure compatibility with your server’s specs.
