Product Exchange Policy:

For Supermicro servers, within 1 month from the delivery date, if a device defect caused by the manufacturer is detected, GMS will immediately replace it with an equivalent product within 1–36 hours.

For server products, workstations, storage devices, network equipment, and IBM, DELL, HP, CISCO components and accessories, GMS will exchange or replace equivalent equipment, components, or servers in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations.

Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:

  • A valid warranty booklet (card) and equipment handover record in accordance with GMS’s regulations are required.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty seal and GMS seal must remain intact.
  • The device failure must be due to a manufacturer’s defect.
  • The product must not violate any warranty terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

For server products, workstations, network equipment, and IBM, DELL, HP, CISCO, Supermicro components, etc., exchanges are applied in case of manufacturer defects. Returns and refunds will be handled depending on each specific order and the agreement between GMS and the buyer.

  • The manufacturer’s warranty seal and GMS seal must remain intact.
  • The device failure must be due to a manufacturer’s defect.

Return and Refund Policy for Services

For the following services: Dedicated Server rental, Colocation, Virtual Server rental (VPS, Cloud VPS, Cloud Server), customers may switch to an equivalent service package (server replacement, relocation of colocation space, VPS migration) to better meet their usage needs at IDC facilities that GMS cooperates with and provides services through, such as VNPT, FPT, Viettel, and Telehouse.

For services such as Website Hosting and Email Hosting, customers are eligible for cancellation and refund if the service does not meet committed quality standards or violates the contract.

For domain name services, we will process a refund immediately upon receiving a request for order modification/refund from the customer, provided that:

  • The registrant information has not yet been registered in the VNNIC system.
  • An invoice has not been issued.

Refund Method:

  • Bank transfer according to the customer’s information stated in the order or contract.
  • Exchange for an equivalent product or service package of the same type.
  • For orders paid via international credit cards, refunds will be credited back to the cardholder’s payment account.

All costs related to refund transactions, including bank transfer fees, cash handling, or other payment methods, shall be borne by the customer.
